Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficiency and fairness for both our coaches and athletes, Elite Foundation Academy enforces the following cancellation policy for all lessons:

• Same-Day Cancellations: Lessons canceled on the same day of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the lesson fee.

​

• Advance Notice: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson.

​

• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in a full charge for the session.

​

This policy helps us respect our coaches' time and maintain availability for all athletes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
